How to find your invoiceDo you need a copy of your rental invoice? Just use the 'Search & Retrieve' tool below to produce your copy.
You can search for your invoice using your reservation, rental agreement or customer (Wizard) number. Please read the instructions below to ensure your search uses the correct information.
Dont forget... if you search using your Rental Agreement number, please include the correct letter before the number (E, U or P) - see below for further instructions.
Search by reservation numberUse your reservation number (also known as a booking confirmation number). This is a unique number given to you on booking.
Your reservation number will be in your booking confirmation email or your rental agreement document, and can be entered like this:
Search by rental agreement numberA personalised rental agreement number is only generated once your rental begins. This number will be provided on the rental agreement document given to you at the rental station and can be found towards the top of your documentation.
If your rental was in Europe or Africa please add the letter E before the Rental Agreement number (e.g. E397854159)
If your rental was in USA or Canada, please add the letter U before the Rental Agreement number (e.g. U975214597)
If the rental was in Australia or New Zealand please add the letter P before the Rental Agreement number (e.g. P369754125)
Search by customer (Wizard) numberIf you search by customer (Wizard) number, you can retrieve the latest invoice for your most recent rental with Avis.
The small print• If you search by rental agreement number, you can retrieve invoices for rentals completed in the past six months. But if your invoice has been modified more than once, you will only be able to see the latest version.
• You can only retrieve your rental invoice over 36 hours after completing your rental.
• If you make several attempts to retrieve a copy of your invoice without success, it could mean the invoice isn't yet available or you may have entered or selected information incorrectly. If you have any queries, please get in touch.
